From Conflict to Connection Training and 'Reflect and Connect' sessions
There is much evidence that shows the quality of parental relationships has a powerful impact on children’s development.
Conflict in any relationship is natural and where it is managed and resolved well, it is known to positively aid children’s learning and development.
However, if conflict between parents is ‘frequent, intense and unresolved’, this is highly likely to have a negative effect on children’s long-term outcomes.
The good news is that, as a practitioner, the ‘From Conflict to Connection’ training will add to your knowledge and skills about how to help the adults you’re working with improve their ability to manage this type of conflict

We have built into the ‘From Conflict to Connection’ training programme follow up ‘Reflect and Connect’ sessions to help clarify, reinforce and embed the initial training.
These are one hour sessions held monthly, online, to provide you the chance to meet for the first time or reconnect with colleagues who have also completed the initial training.
These sessions aim to answer any questions that have surfaced since the training and to share what has worked well or not so well. We’re always looking to improve with your help!
