From Conflict to Connection Training

There is much evidence that shows the quality of parental relationships has a powerful impact on children’s development.

Conflict in any relationship is natural and where it is managed and resolved well, it is known to positively aid children’s learning and development.

However, if conflict between parents is ‘frequent, intense and unresolved’, this is highly likely to have a negative effect on children’s long-term outcomes.

The good news is that, as a practitioner, the ‘From Conflict to Connection’ training will add to your knowledge and skills about how to help the adults you’re working with improve their ability to manage this type of conflict
