Young people can access expert support from our professional careers advisers after they receive their AS/A Level results or GCSE results.

Young people who are concerned about their exam results have a variety of ways to chat with Elevate careers coaches about their possible next steps:

• Elevate careers coaches will be available for drop-in sessions on Thursday 21 August 2025, 12-4pm at Reed Recruitment Agency, 66-68 St Mary’s Butts, RG1 2LG 
• You can book a face-to-face appointment to discuss your options with a level 6 qualified careers coach

Elevate also holds annual summer networking events to give young people living in Reading aged 16-19, or up to 25 for young people with special educational needs and /or disabilities, a chance to talk to local providers about college courses, training, employment and apprenticeship opportunities.
