Partnership Co-ordinator

One of our aims is to establish and develop a 'One Reading Early Prevention and Intervention Partnership'.

This role is a real opportunity to make a difference. You will need passion, tenacity, energy and enthusiasm to drive change, confidence and credibility to quickly forge and develop working relationships and identify opportunities to embed early help arrangements.

To be successful in this role you will need substantial experience of working with children and young people in either a paid or voluntary capacity as well as experience of:
* working with families / parents/carers
* working in a multi-agency environment
* Working within a safeguarding environment with families with complex needs.
*  Completing assessments, plans & reviews to ensure positive outcomes for children, young people and families.

Team Manager (SEND)

We are looking for an experienced and capable Team Manager who is committed to improving outcomes for children for our SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability) Service.

The role is absolutely critical to driving excellent practice and making things happen.  You will be responsible for delivering services to children through operational management and supervision of the SEND team in addition to providing support with the SEND strategy and preparation for Ofsted inspections.

We offer you the opportunity to work within an established team supporting children looked after and care leavers from 16-25 years.
