We are looking for an experienced and capable Team Manager who is committed to improving outcomes for children for our SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability) Service.
The role is absolutely critical to driving excellent practice and making things happen. You will be responsible for delivering services to children through operational management and supervision of the SEND team in addition to providing support with the SEND strategy and preparation for Ofsted inspections.
The Leaving Care Service in Reading is seeking a skilled and experienced practitioner to join us in the role of Assistant team manager.
We offer you the opportunity to work within an established team supporting children looked after and care leavers from 16-25 years.
You will be joining a team that comprises of 1 team manager, 4 social workers and 7 leaving care advisors.
